Documentation for final payment

Application for final benefits is made on a form prescribed by the Department. No Letters of Administration are required — 34 Pa. Code § 65.72 allows payment without letters of administration.

Who may claim

Under 34 Pa. Code § 65.72, final UC benefits are paid in this priority order: surviving spouse, surviving child or children, surviving parents, eldest surviving sibling, other interested person.
