Local Procedures at the County Court at Law

Per the Texas Supreme Court e-file mandate (MD 12-9208), all probate documents must be e-filed by attorneys. Mailed documents will only be accepted from pro-se filers as they do not fall under the mandate; documents mailed from an attorney are returned unfiled. Paper documents brought into the County Clerk's Office are accepted only from pro-se filers, plus original orders from the judge and bench filings. No fax filings are accepted.
