Local Procedures at the Probate Court
Rule LR71-PR00-602.5 provides that, unless the Court approves in advance, no personal representative of an estate or guardian may proceed without counsel. All estate and guardianship pleadings must be signed and verified by the petitioner (Rule 602.4). Rule LR71-PR00-602.5.1: the QUEST Information Form provided by the Clerk of the Probate Court must be completed and filed with the Clerk, accompanied by requested documents and fees, before a cause number for the new action is assigned.
