Local Procedures at the Circuit Court
Praecipes must be filed not less than 7 days preceding Motion Day. Faxed filings require prior approval. Orders are hand-delivered or mailed within 2 days. Court terms begin the Thursday after the 1st Monday in January, April, July, and October. Motion Day is the 1st Wednesday after the 1st Monday of each month. Court convenes at 9:00 a.m.
