The Circuit Court - Probate Division schedules probate hearings Probate Law Day: 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month (Division One).
An attorney is required to initiate most probate proceedings, except for creditor refusals or filings by a spouse or unmarried minor child(ren). The Probate Division Party Information Sheet and applicable court costs must be submitted at the time of filing.
