Local Procedures at the Superior Court
The Clerk's Office accepts e-filing for civil and probate cases and encourages it. Ex parte orders, documents requiring a Clerk's signature, and bench copies cannot be e-filed. Ex parte filings submitted by mail or courier carry a $30 fee; filing ex parte in person carries no fee. The original will must be filed within 40 days of death.
