- If the entire estate, less liens and encumbrances, consists only of Alaska-registered vehicles worth no more than $100,000 plus other personal property worth no more than $50,000, 30 days have passed since the death, and no personal representative has been appointed or applied for, a successor may collect the property on an affidavit (Form P-110) instead of probate Letters. Confirm with the Treasury Division whether it accepts P-110 for an unclaimed property claim. (Alaska Stat. 13.16.680.)
