Local Procedures at the Chancery Court
Effective June 19, 2023, MEC used exclusively for court document filings. Attorneys still bring Civil Cover Sheet, Complaint/Petition, Oath, Letters and Bonds to office for filing. Land records continue through Delta Computer Systems. Effective May 23, 2023, the office accepts debit and credit cards only. Personal checks are no longer accepted.
