Search missingmoney.com or treasury.ky.gov, then file a claim as the executor, administrator, or next of kin. You will need a copy of the death certificate, proof of the owner's Social Security number, and, for an estate, a current copy of your court appointment provided to the Treasury within 60 days of issuance.
