“upon termination of your Membership for any reason (whether by you or by Enterprise), all unused Enterprise Plus Points, Free Rental Days, One Car-Class Upgrade Certificates, and any other accrued but unredeemed benefits associated with your Membership may be forfeited and shall not be reinstated, except where required by applicable law. Enterprise shall have no obligation to provide any cash value or compensation for such forfeited benefits.”1

- Transfer at death
Membership is limited to individuals at least 21 years old and excludes businesses, corporations or other entities, so an estate is not a recipient the program recognises.1
- Closing the account
Section 10.a lets Enterprise terminate a membership for any reason at any time with written notice, and gives prolonged inactivity, as Enterprise may determine at its sole discretion, as an example.1
- Inactive accounts and expiry
Points are forfeited automatically after 36 consecutive months of inactivity or on any termination of the membership, so nothing is preserved by delaying.1
- Balances, payouts and refunds
Under section 9.h, points for a redemption rental that was a No-Show or a Short Stay are not refunded automatically; a refund has to be requested within six months of the scheduled pick-up date.1
Under section 6.d, a missing-rental-activity claim must be made within six months of the rental return date. The terms frame both six-month claims as member actions, with no provision for a survivor making them.1
