What happens to Domino's points when someone dies

“Points do not constitute property, do not entitle a member a vested right or interest and have no cash value. As such, Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason, and are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.”¹

Points have no cash value and are redeemable only online, for menu items at participating US locations, at point tiers the Sponsor may change.¹

At the 2023 relaunch the redemption tiers were 20, 40 and 60 points, one Reward per order.²

A Participant who fails to either earn or redeem Points for 180 consecutive calendar days forfeits any Points remaining in the Domino's Profile, without compensation.¹

The Sponsor may modify or terminate the Program, and Points remaining at termination are forfeited without compensation.¹

Signing up for the Program is agreement to receive email from the Sponsor about Profile and Points status; closing the Profile stops that email.¹

Domino's reserves the right to terminate accounts, and closing the Profile removes the saved payment and address information it holds.³

The Sponsor resolves all questions about accumulation and redemption of Points in its sole discretion, so a request for the Points is a goodwill request, not a claim of right.¹

The account holder is responsible for all activity under the account and may never use another's account without permission, and a surviving family member is not the Participant under the Program Rules.^{3, 1}
