Points have no fixed value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit. Expired points can be reinstated only within 180 days of expiration, through a paid flow that requires the account holder's own login credentials, so it is not available to an executor.1

Any credit to a survivor is a goodwill request that Choice decides at its discretion, with nothing in the Rules obliging it to consider one.1
