They cannot be performed, so the clients need to be told. TaskRabbit's No Show policy states that cancellations must be communicated more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, so contact Support as early as possible and ask them to cancel the tasks and notify the clients, who can rebook with another Tasker. If a task was partly done, TaskRabbit says Support can help mediate how many hours are invoiced. Do not sign in with the Tasker's password to cancel tasks yourself.

TaskRabbit does not publish a procedure for it, so the estate asks Support. TaskRabbit states that Taskers can receive payouts once transactions finish processing (usually around 2 to 4 business days), that funds move from Stripe into the Tasker's bank account, and that a "Transaction" is when the Tasker is paid, not when they invoice. Money already paid out is in the checking account on file, which the estate handles like any other bank account.

No published route exists. Section 23 of the Global Terms of Service states: "You may not assign or transfer the Agreement without our prior written approval. Any assignment in violation of this Section 23 shall be null and void." Taskers must also use their own legal or business name on the profile.

TaskRabbit publishes no document list for a deceased Tasker. Requests of this kind typically include a copy of the death certificate, Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration, the email address on the account, and the requester's photo ID. Confirm with Support before sending, and attach them to the support request.

Ask TaskRabbit Support for the Transaction History, which TaskRabbit describes as a CSV or PDF download from the account showing completed tasks and payouts. TaskRabbit's payment processor, Stripe, issues Form 1099-K to eligible Taskers through Stripe Express. Avoid a privacy deletion request until the records are in hand, because TaskRabbit states deletion also deactivates the account.
