Trumark offers 20 accounts, each with its own rules for what happens when a member dies. As a membership-based credit union, Trumark headquartered at 335 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Branch network across Southeastern Pennsylvania serving Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in those counties, and to family members of current members. Some transfer automatically to a named beneficiary, others can be held in a trust, and a few may require probate if no plan is in place.
Trumark lets account holders update beneficiary designations in branch, by mail, and by phone, typically taking 15-30 minutes. Trust funding is also available, allowing families to retitle accounts into the name of a revocable living trust.

IRA beneficiaries are designated at account opening and can be updated at any time by submitting a new beneficiary designation form. Call the Member Service Center at 1-877-878-6275 or visit any branch to request the form. Both individuals and trusts may be named as IRA beneficiaries. Traditional and Roth IRAs are offered as variable-rate share IRAs or as fixed-rate IRA certificates.
Trumark offers advisory services through Trumark Wealth Advisors, provided through LPL Financial (member FINRA/SIPC). Services include retirement, investment, education, and wealth transfer / legacy planning. Trumark does not draft estate planning documents; an outside attorney is required for wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Non-deposit investment products are not NCUA insured, not credit union guaranteed, and may lose value.
Yes. Trumark accepts revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts as account owners on deposit accounts. To retitle an existing account or open a new trust-titled account, schedule an appointment at any branch and bring the complete trust document or Certificate of Trust, government-issued photo ID for each trustee, and the trust EIN from the IRS. IRA accounts cannot be retitled to a trust, but a trust may be named as the IRA beneficiary.
