Yes, but not by download. United American sells exclusively through independent agents and issues service paperwork on request rather than publishing it, so there is no public change-of-ownership or absolute assignment PDF. Call Customer Care at 1-800-331-2512 with the life policy number and ask for the change of ownership / absolute assignment paperwork naming a trust as owner. Complete it with the exact trust name, the trust execution date, the trustee name, and the trust EIN (an ILIT needs its own EIN - do not use the grantor Social Security Number), then fax it to (972) 569-3721 or mail it to the home office at 7677 Henneman Way, McKinney, TX 75070. Transferring an existing policy into an ILIT triggers the three-year lookback under IRC 2035; a policy the ILIT applies for and owns from issue does not.
