Request a POD (Payable on Death) beneficiary designation form for deposit accounts

Complete the form with beneficiary details:
- Provide primary and contingent beneficiary information
- Provide each beneficiary's full legal name, date of birth, and Social Security number or address
- For trusts as beneficiary: provide trust name, date established, and EIN

Sign the designation form with a banking advisor

- POD accounts are free to both the account owner and the beneficiary
- No limit on how much money can be in a POD account
