Frequently asked questions

POD designations do not apply to IRA accounts at KEMBA. You must complete a separate IRA beneficiary designation form, available at any KEMBA branch or by calling Member Services at 614-235-2395 (option 4). Submit the completed form at a branch or by mail to KEMBA Financial Credit Union, PO Box 307370, Gahanna, OH 43230.

KEMBA partners with Trust & Will, an online estate planning platform, to offer members a discount on wills and trust documents. The discount rate varies and may be promotional; visit kemba.org/resources/tools/trust-and-will for the current offer. KEMBA Wealth Management advisors (through LPL Financial) can also assist with legacy and elder care planning.

The KEMBA Advantage Program provides higher dividend rates on savings, money market, and certificate accounts. Advantage status is earned by meeting certain relationship criteria with KEMBA, such as maintaining qualifying account balances or using qualifying services.
