Brand change

Formerly Allstate Life Insurance Company. Allstate sold its life insurance business to Blackstone-managed entities in November 2021 (~$4 billion), and the company was renamed Everlake Life Insurance Company. In-force policies originally issued by Allstate Life are now serviced under the Everlake brand; servicing was administered by Allstate through a transition and migrated to Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG), an NTT Data company, in phases completing June 8, 2026. This is the current active record. Effective November 2021.

The procedures below reflect Everlake Life's accounts. Account servicing may transfer as the change takes effect.
