Visit a local branch with your Certification of Trust (or full trust agreement), trustee identification, and the trust Tax Identification Number. Existing accounts can also be retitled to a trust without closing them.

Visit a Coastal Community Bank branch with your Certification of Trust and trustee identification. The process does not require closing and reopening the account if the same SSN or EIN is used. IRA accounts cannot be retitled to a trust.

The Flex IRA is a flexible Individual Retirement Account available for both Traditional and Roth IRA contributions. It has no term, no maturity date, and no early withdrawal penalty, making it suitable for starting a new IRA or consolidating multiple retirement accounts. Like all IRAs, the Flex IRA cannot be retitled to a trust but can name a trust as beneficiary.

To earn the rewards rate of 0.25% APY (on balances up to $9,999.99) and 0.07% APY (on balances over $10,000), you must complete these activities each monthly qualification cycle: at least 15 debit card purchases of $5.00 minimum each, enrollment in eStatements, and at least 1 direct deposit or automatic payment of $500.00 or more. If qualifications are not met, the base rate of 0.02% APY applies to all balances.
