The estate requests the payoff amount through MyAccount or Customer Service at 1-855-563-5635 and pays the balance. Once the balance is satisfied, Chrysler Capital releases its lien so the vehicle can be retitled to an heir or transferred to a buyer. The Titles Department (1-855-531-5531) handles title questions.
