All Axos Invest IRA accounts (both Self-Directed Trading and Managed Portfolios) are subject to a $40/year custodial fee, $50 termination fee, and $75 transfer fee. Self-Directed Trading IRAs require a $50 minimum to open. Managed Portfolio IRAs require a $500 minimum to open and carry a 0.24% annual advisory fee. Tax loss harvesting is available for Managed Portfolio accounts over $25,000 for an additional 0.20%/year.

Axos Bank requires their own Certification of Trust form, which they send to you after you submit the trust account application at axosbank.com/personal/bank/premier/trust. You will need the trust name, Tax ID (grantor SSN for revocable trusts or EIN for irrevocable trusts), and government-issued ID for all trustees. The Certification of Trust must be signed by all trustees and notarized. Axos does not accept non-Axos trust certification forms or the original trust document in place of their proprietary form.
