Wings Financial Foundation membership available to anyone with a $5 donation; members span all 50 states and beyond. 32 Wings-branded branches across MN, WI, MI, FL, and GA. Legacy Ent branches in Colorado operate on separate systems until full integration (expected 2028). Legacy Ent and Wings accounts will be aggregated after June 30, 2026. Headquarters at 14985 Glazier Ave, Suite 100, Apple Valley, MN 55124. Some transfer automatically to a named beneficiary, others can be held in a trust, and a few may require probate if no plan is in place.

Managing beneficiaries at Wings CU is straightforward—changes can be made in branch, by mail, and by phone, typically taking 15-30 minutes in branch; additional processing time by mail. Trust funding is also available, allowing families to retitle accounts into the name of a revocable living trust.

Wings CU has documented procedures for both preparing accounts during your lifetime and handling claims when an account holder passes away.

Frequently asked questions

The merger of Wings Financial and Ent Credit Union became effective January 1, 2026, with the combined entity operating as Wings Credit Union. No immediate action is required by members. Existing beneficiary designations, POD designations, and trust account titling remain in effect. Members who have both a legacy Ent and a legacy Wings share account should note that after June 30, 2026, those accounts will be aggregated into one account and insured up to a maximum of $250,000 under NCUA share insurance. Full systems integration is expected by 2028; until then, Ent branches in Colorado and Wings branches in other states operate on separate systems. Members should verify their beneficiary designations are current at their local branch.

Elevate Savings offers competitive yields with no monthly fees or term commitments. It requires a $10,000 minimum opening deposit (new money only) and $10,000 average daily balance. To earn the disclosed APY, you need $1,000+ in ACH payroll direct deposits within the 34 calendar days preceding month-end. Like other deposit accounts, it supports POD beneficiary designations and trust retitling.
