Special Requirements

  • POD beneficiaries cannot withdraw unless all account creators have died and the beneficiary is living when the last creator dies
  • If multiple POD beneficiaries survive, they own the account in equal shares with right of survivorship
  • Account creators reserve the right to change beneficiaries, change account types, and withdraw funds at any time during their lifetime
