Yes. NinjaTrader Clearing, LLC offers trust accounts among its standard account types for futures trading. To open one, contact the new accounts team at newaccounts@ninjatrader.com and supply the trust agreement or Certificate of Trust, government-issued ID for each trustee, and the trust account application. Once the account is funded by the trust, the open positions and remaining balance pass according to the trust's terms rather than going through probate.
