Yes. Visit a Hanmi Bank branch with your trust agreement or Certification of Trust, government-issued photo ID for all trustees, and the trust tax identification number (EIN) if applicable. A bank representative will complete the retitling forms. Existing POD designations should be removed when retitling to a trust, as the trust document governs distribution. Branches can deliver this paperwork process in English or Korean.
