Deserve no longer has a consumer card business. Intuit acquired "key technology and ... talented team members from Deserve" in a transaction that closed April 18, 2025, but Intuit is not a consumer successor — it did not take over Deserve's card accounts, and no Intuit-branded Deserve card exists. Separately the Deserve-branded and co-branded card programs (Deserve EDU / Pro / Classic, plus BlockFi, AMC, and KrowdFit) were discontinued: accounts were closed and purchasing disabled, while the obligation to pay any remaining balance continued. Servicing of the legacy balances passed to Card Services (https://thecardservices.com/, 1-833-640-9158), with account login hosted on CoreCard and the payment address payable to AIF P 3 345 Deserve JV LP — a servicing arrangement, not a brand successor, so no successorId is set. The deserve.com consumer site is a "Launching Soon" placeholder and its support and card-servicing subdomains do not resolve. The 2025-08 effectiveDate is the month secondary sources place the account-closure notices; no primary source states an exact date, and the closure itself is confirmed by the servicer's own notice.
How your Deserve accounts transfer at death depends on how each one is titled and whether a beneficiary is on file. Getting these details right keeps assets out of probate and ensures they reach the intended recipients.
