View details →You can name a trustee, but not the trust itself. Casa Inheritance designates one Recipient who must be a person aged 18 or older with their own Casa account -- Casa registers no entity and accepts no certification of trust, because it does not title accounts. Casa's own Enhanced Verification documentation lists heirs, executors, and trustees among the parties a vault owner may designate, so naming your trustee as the Recipient is the supported path. The trustee installs the Casa app, creates an account, and receives a copy of your mobile key by QR code, which Casa lets you send through the app by email or text. Only one Recipient can hold the designation at a time, so a trustee designation and an individual-heir designation on the same vault are mutually exclusive; Enhanced Verification adds one optional backup Recipient.
