Beacon Pointe has 14 investment accounts, each with different rules for what happens when the account holder dies. Of those, 9 can name a trust as beneficiary or be retitled into a trust. The right combination of beneficiary designations and trust ownership can keep the entire portfolio out of probate.
Beneficiary designations at Beacon Pointe can be managed online, in branch, by mail, and by phone, typically taking typically a few business days after the signed form reaches the custodian; the custodian, not Beacon Pointe, sets the processing time. Trust funding is also available, allowing families to retitle brokerage accounts into a trust.
There are two sides to estate planning at Beacon Pointe: setting things up while you're alive, and the process survivors follow after a death.

Yes, for the taxable side. Individual, joint, and wrap advisory accounts can be re-registered in the name of a revocable trust on the custodian's change-of-registration form, with positions moving in kind so nothing has to be sold. You will need a Certification of Trust or the trust agreement, ID for every trustee, and the trust tax identification number (the grantor's SSN for a revocable grantor trust). Your advisor coordinates the paperwork, but the custodian executes it. Retirement accounts — Traditional, Roth, Rollover, SEP, and SIMPLE IRAs — cannot be owned by a trust at all; you name the trust as beneficiary on the custodian's IRA beneficiary form instead. Beacon Pointe's own Form ADV says its planning services do not include preparing legal documents, including wills or trusts, so an attorney must draft the trust before there is anything to fund.
