Yes. Trust accounts are classified as special purpose accounts and require a branch appointment. Schedule an appointment by calling 407-896-9411 or 800-771-9411, or online at additionfi.com/appointment. Bring the complete trust document or certification of trust, government-issued ID for all trustees, and the trust EIN if applicable. Eligible deposit accounts (savings, checking, money market, share certificates) can be retitled to the trust.
IRA accounts at Addition Financial use a separate beneficiary designation form and cannot be retitled to a trust. Contact the credit union at 407-896-9411 or 800-771-9411 to discuss IRA beneficiary designation options.
Addition Financial serves members primarily in Central Florida, North Florida, and South Georgia. Membership is also available to employees of select employer groups and family members of existing members. Members gain access to approximately 40 branch locations and over 5,000 shared branch locations nationwide through the CO-OP Shared Branch Network.
Addition Financial offers Term Share Certificates with terms from 6 months to 5 years ($1,000 minimum), a 39-month Bump-Up Certificate with a one-time rate increase option ($1,000 minimum), and IRA Term Share Certificates. Dividends are compounded and credited monthly. Certificates automatically renew at maturity. Early withdrawal penalties apply.
Addition Financial offers trust accounts, representative payee accounts, UTMA accounts, estate accounts, VA accounts, and guardianship accounts.
