Bring the complete trust document or certification of trust, government-issued ID for all trustees, and the trust EIN if applicable. Eligible deposit accounts (savings, checking, money market, share certificates) can be retitled to the trust.

IRA accounts at Addition Financial use a separate beneficiary designation form and cannot be retitled to a trust. Contact the credit union at 407-896-9411 or 800-771-9411 to discuss IRA beneficiary designation options.

Addition Financial serves members primarily in Central Florida, North Florida, and South Georgia.
