No. A 401(k) or 403(b) can never be retitled into a revocable living trust — the account is held under the plan's own trust for you as participant, and taking it out would be a taxable distribution. The only trust connection available is naming the trust as BENEFICIARY on the recordkeeper's form. If you do that, have your attorney confirm the trust satisfies the see-through trust rules of Treas. Reg. 1.401(a)(9)-4 first; a trust that fails them forces a faster, more heavily taxed payout. By contrast, a taxable investment account you hold through OneDigital CAN be retitled to your trust — but that paperwork is your custodian's (Schwab, Fidelity, or Raymond James), submitted through your adviser.
