1Visit a Bank OZK branch with government-issued photo ID
2Request to add a Payable on Death (POD) beneficiary to your account
3Provide beneficiary details: full legal name, date of birth, SSN, and relationship
4Specify percentage allocation if naming multiple beneficiaries
5Review and sign the beneficiary designation form with a banker
