You can transfer property outside of probate through several methods: adding the property to a revocable living trust, using transfer-on-death deeds (where available), or creating joint ownership with rights of survivorship. A revocable living trust is often preferred because it works in all states and gives you complete control during your lifetime. The property transfers automatically to your beneficiaries without court involvement. Transfer-on-death deeds are simpler but aren't available in every state.
