1Visit your local Glacier Bank division branch

2Request a POD (Payable on Death) beneficiary designation form for deposit accounts, or a beneficiary designation form for IRAs

3Provide each beneficiary's full legal name, date of birth, and Social Security number

4Specify primary and contingent beneficiaries with percentage allocations

5Complete and sign the designation form with a banker

6Receive confirmation that the beneficiary designation has been added to your account
