Yes. You legally own everything. You prepay for a year, and if you cancel, you take your revocable trust with you. SimplyTrust is designed to help you manage, fund, and distribute your estate.
SimplyTrust supports trust creation in all 50 states. We use a Nevada-first approach—Nevada has some of the strongest asset protection and privacy laws in the country, and Nevada trusts are recognized across all 50 states. Once the grantors pass, your trustee has the option to switch the trust situs to another state if needed.
